WE'RE HIRING!! Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) to inspire, mentor, and support youth in grades K–8 at the Boys & Girls Club of the Perham Area.
As a YDP, you'll lead a small group of members each day, creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids can learn, grow, and build positive relationships. Every day is different—from leading games and activities to encouraging teamwork, building confidence, and simply being a trusted adult in a child's life.
This is a great opportunity for current or future educators, paraprofessionals, coaches, college students, parents, grandparents, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and wants to make a lasting impact.
