WE Fest VIP Hospitality

Our Clubs need energetic and fun-lovin' volunteers to join our VIP HOSPITALITY TEAM! VIP hospitality volunteers will serve food and beverages to thousands of WE Fest VIP guests each day of the festival held August 1-3, 2019 at Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota!

This is one of the best volunteer opportunities at WE Fest - you won't want to miss this great chance to enjoy all that WE Fest has to offer!

Here are the details, y'all!

• Volunteers will receive a complimentary one-day, general admission music pass for each volunteer shift worked. Volunteers wishing to earn three-day, general admission music passes must work at least three festival shifts (2 evenings & 1 day shift) totaling 18-22 hours.
• Volunteers living within a 25-mile radius of Detroit Lakes will receive complimentary employee parking passes and/or shuttle service passes from the Becker County Fairgrounds.
• Volunteers living outside of a 25-mile radius of Detroit Lakes who are scheduled to earn three-day music passes will receive complimentary festival camping passes.

WE Fest RV Raffle

For the 8th year in a row, our Clubs are giving away a camper and WE Fest VIP package to one lucky winner at WE Fest! We need outgoing and enthusiastic volunteers to join our WE FEST RAFFLE TEAM! WE Fest raffle volunteers travel through the campgrounds in pairs (so sign up with a friend!) offering festival-goers the opportunity to buy chances to win this fantastic camping prize package!

Many volunteers from our first giveaway in 2012 are still with us because they found getting to talk with the festival-goers, walking through the campgrounds and exploring WE Fest to be such a fun experience. Many campers eagerly await our ticket sellers each year and are excited to get their chance to walk away a winner while supporting our Clubs' afterschool and summer programs!

There are opportunities for raffle volunteers to earn general admission music and parking or shuttle passes -no camping (Sorry!).

• To earn a ONE-DAY music pass, volunteers must sell raffle tickets during TWO 3-hour shifts on the day they wish to attend the festival.
• To earn a THREE-DAY music pass, volunteers must sell raffle tickets during FIVE 3-hour shifts over at least two festival days.
